The Story of Batman and Catwoman... Batman and Catwoman are secretly madly in love with each other, but they won't admit it. They're always fighting because they can never agree on ANYTHING! She represents evil, and he represents good. So, you can imagine what happened when Batman caught Catwoman in the act of robbing a bank! They fight each other, but long for each other's love at the same time. Batman's crush on Catwoman makes him vulnerable to her, and strangely, Catwoman's crush on Batman makes her want to hate him even more! Neither of them will admit they're mad about each other. I have a feeling they just like giving each other a hard time. Al and Edie's "King Tut" Routine!
The Story of King Tut By Al "Liquid Silver" .. and Edie, The Salsa FREAK Once upon a time, a long time ago, a young king by the name of Tutankhamen, ruled the entire nation of Egypt. Many knew of his triumphs and military conquests, but few knew of his deep love for a poor Egyptian harem girl who often came to the palace to dance for him. His death came suddenly, but their love for each other was so strong, not even death could separate them. After he died, her immense grief revealed their secret and forbidden affair to the elders. As a result, she was cast out of the country to die in the wilderness. At the hour of her death, an angel came down and found mercy upon her. The angel granted her wish to once again unite with her long lost love, but only centuries later. Now, that time has come... The Story of "King Tut", coming to a Dance Floor near you! Performance Fan mail: Hey, Edie: Your performance at the Congress was excellent, congratulations! After the Mayan and this performance, I'm sure that you now feel completely redeemed from the Sportsman's' performance. I'm not saying that you needed to redeem yourself; we all know the quality of dancing you and Al put out (amongst the best in the world), but I know that performers can be pretty hard on themselves (thus, believing that you needed to redeem yourself). Again, congratulations. I've seen the routine four times and each time I am blown away by it! Please share this with Al. Later, Francisco Heredia and Maria Martinez Dear Edie, I don't know if you remember me, but I sent you an article that I wrote about salsa in San Diego and which mentioned your name. Last night I saw you and your husband perform at Memories, and was blown away. (I'm in Abel Pena's dance team, which also performed last night). Do you either you or your husband offer hip-hop classes in the L.A. area? I would love to take a few classes to incorporate hip-hop into my salsa dancing. Yours truly, Ilona Fass ..By the way, a group of us saw you and Al perform recently in Oakland at the Fiesta del Barrio night. You two were terrific. Joy was clearly in the lead. And the dancing was great. ake care and have fun with Al on your world adventures! Robert Parzival - "Don't Quit Your Day Job Dancers" - San Francisco, CA ..BTW---I was really impressed with the routine you and Al did at Congress...It was definitely my favorite of the whole weekend!!! |
