Sometime back you wrote a piece on "to wear a bra or not to wear a bra".  The dilemma that all of us Salseras have!! (:0))... Well, you gave some great options to going "bra-less" such as sewing a bra into your dress, Band-Aids.. etc.. I don't remember whether or not you mentioned the self adhesive (disposable) alternative to bras that Macy's carries. (It's the only department store I've found that carries these.. (in lingerie dept.) It's a tape like bra that you simply tape on to your skin... It gives excellent support, not to mention no "highbeams"..!!! :0)... They come 3 pairs to a pack and run approximately $7.50 per pack. What I do is I purchase the pack in "D" or "DD" and then cut them in half (I'm only a C cup) so I can make three pairs into 6 pairs. Since I dance 5 times per week... (I am convinced I can live on 3-4 hours sleep!!)...it works out great!!
