The incredible DJ mix's and bands out here in Los Angeles

I still can't believe the incredible DJ mix's and bands out here in Los Angeles.  Seven or eight Salsas for every ONE Merengue.  We're in HEAVEN... HEAVEN... HEAVEN!!!   No smoking inside the clubs... and after a long night of dancing, our clothes and hair don't reek of smoke !!  

In LA, the DJ's are brilliant.  They make sure to play LOTS of Salsa for the Hard-Core Salsa-Holics at around 9:00pm or so when the clubs open.   At around 11:00pm, when the rest of the "drinking" crowd starts coming in, the DJ recognize the floors getting more and more packed.  They'll start playing just a tad few more Merengues to get people all sweaty, hot, and bothered.  But they won't play any more than two in a row.  There are usually more people dancing Salsa now-a-days than those dancing Merengue. 

Go to a club next time in LA, and you'll see EXACTLY what I'm talking about.
